Ho well, it was still in the time where I didn't knew how Blender was working so I mostly pressed random buttons until a cool result came out.^^'
I modeled the heart with the sulpt tool from a shpere. I applied it a mirror and a transparant. I put a voronoï texture on it and I played with the options. There is a light inside the heart and I think the hart as hitself an emit.
The rest are details and numbers. I could send you the blend file if you want or put a screenshot of the different settings on deviantart so you could see for yourself.
I like the overall idea, but I think some more work can be done on the texture, like for example a small grain on top of the Voronoi crackle, or a change in the lamp color (this yellow is really bothering me lol ^^). Well, all this are just personnal ideas, and you are free to follow them or not, but I thought I misght aswell say what I thought
